The above mentioned Company applied for Business Rescue by way of Director’s Resolution.

You are an “affected party” in terms of section 128 of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008.

Kindly find attached the stamped CoR 123.1 and Statement of Fact confirming the commencement of business rescue proceedings for the abovementioned company, as well as the CoR123.2 form confirming the appointment of the Business Rescue Practitioner.

In terms of section 147 the Companies Act, the first meeting of creditors is to be convened within 10 days of the appointment by Business Rescue Practitioner.
