NOTICE TO THE AFFECTED PERSONS OF THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BUSINESS RESCUE PRACTITIONER TO SUPERVISE THE COMPANIES, IN TERMS OF SECTIONS 129(4)(b) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 71 OF 2008

TO ALL AFFECTED PERSONS

1. You are hereby notified that the Directors of The Companies adopted a resolution on 11 March 2025 in accordance with section 129(1) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“The Act”) in appointing Ms Lebogane Mpakati as a Business Rescue Practitioner who will supervise The Companies during this process.
2. The following documents, which are hereby annexed alongside this letter, are made available to you in accordance with the requirements of section 129(3)(a) of The Act: 
   1. the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of The Companies; and
   2. a notice of appointment of the Business rescue practitioner (CoR123.2). This form is made available to you in accordance with section 129(4)(b) of The Act.
3. The Business rescue practitioner is currently in the process of familiarising herself with the Companies and the status of the business rescue proceedings. Further information regarding the proceedings will be communicated in due course.
4. I will continue to keep you appraised of any developments relating to The Companies. Please direct all queries to admin@indalobc.co.za, and the Business rescue practitioner will address them as soon as is practically possible.
