Word u soms oorweldig deur al die inligting uit verskeie oorde of voel dit asof u dalk van bakboord na stuurboord gestuurword? Indien dit die geval is doen ek ’n beroep op u om die oorweldigende meerderheid beleggers te steun wie dit ten doel het om Jacques Theron en die “buy-back” regslui onder leiding van Louis Bolt te stop en daardeur u belegging te beskerm.

Dit het nou ‘npunt bereik waar dit noodsaaklikgewordhet vir diegene wat litigasie steun om hul onmiddellikdaarvan te distansieer, sou hulle my en die Skema nie ondersteun nie, kan dit n negatiewe impak hêop toekomstigebetalings. Al die fop nuusen misleidende inligtinghet reeds ’n negatiewe impakom finansiering te bekomen dit beïnvloeddan ook my onderneming om gereelde rente betalings aan u te maak. My pogings en dan noodgedwonge litigasie om die reëlingskemater wille van beleggers se beleggings in plek te hou het reeds etlike miljoene rande aan regskoste geverg.

Oor die afgelope agt jaar het ek ingevolge my onderneming reeds meer as R1,2 biljoen aan beleggersbetaalten opsigte van rente.Ek neem aan u sal verkies dat ek daarmee voortgaan?

Duisende beleggers het reeds aangetoon dat hulle nie ten gunste is van die ter syde stelling van die skema metgepaardgaande litigasie en hofsakenie, maar wel die reëlingskema ondersteun. Indien die minderheid beleggers wat litigasie teen my steun,daarmee volhou kan dit diefinansiëleineenstorting van die reëlingskemabewerkstellig wat n geweldige negatiewe impak vir die meerderheid be

leggers sal inhou met moontlike verdere regsimplikasies.Indien ons nie die volle steun van al die belegger kry nie kan die artikel 155 reëlingskemamoontlik ter syde gestel worden het die Besigheid Reddings Praktisyn dan wetlik geen ander keuse as om die HoëveldSindikasieMaatskappye 15-22 te likwideer nie. Dear Investor of the Highveld Syndication Companies

Do you feel like you are drowning in information? Do you feel like you are being pulled from pillar to post? This could well be the case, but I urge you to unite with the overwhelming majority of investors to stop Jacques Theron and the buy-back attorneys led by Louis Bolt, and save your investment.

It has got to the point that unless everyone withdraws from the litigation with immediate effect, and commits to supporting me and the scheme, this could have a negative impact on future payments to you. The fake news and misinformation has already put additional pressure on my access to finance and ability to timeously pay my commitment to you. In addition, we have spent millions of Rands in legal fees to safeguard your investment by keeping the scheme of arrangement in place.

I have fulfilled my obligation to you over the last eight years and have paid out over R1.2 billionin interest to investors. I am sure that you would like these payments to continue?

There are thousands of investors who support the sec 155 Schemeof Arrangement and are against litigation and the setting aside of the Scheme of Arrangement. If the small minority continues to fight me, they may be responsible for causing the financial failure of the agreed scheme and that will have a negative impact on the majority of investors with potential further legal implications.

If we do not have the full support of all the investors, this could ultimately result in the setting aside of the scheme of arrangement and the business rescue practitioner having no option but to liquidate the Highveld Syndication 15-22 Companies.
