Nicolas Georgiou

Nic bought his first property more than 40 years ago and has been actively involved in the property industry ever since.

Nic’s involvement and expertise covers all aspects of property development and management and his approach has always been “hands on”.

Nic is the founder of Orthotouch and serves as its sole Executive Director.

Panagiotis (Panos) Kleovoulou

Independent Non-Executive Director

Panos worked as an accounts clerk before joining Nedfin Bank as a Corporate Business Development Officer. Following this he held various roles including Property Finance Consultant at Investec Bank before starting his own Property Broking and Consulting business. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Business Management (ACIBM).

Panos is a member of the Audit Committee.


Hans Klopper

Independent Non-Executive Director

Hans holds a BProc degree from the University of South Africa, a BCom degree from the University of Stellenbosch and a Certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud examination from the University of Pretoria.

Hans is actively involved in Business Rescues and Turnarounds in South Africa. He has undertaken major projects including the first curatorship in South Africa in terms of the new Medical Schemes Act 1998. He acted as receiver for creditors in the matter of IGI Insurance and assisted in the liquidation of Triomf Fertilizer Richards Bay (Pty) Ltd, one of the largest liquidations in the history of South Africa.

Hans is currently the Chairman of INSOL's Small Practice Committee and was on the Technical Committee for INSOL's Regional Conference in Miami in May 2012.

Hans is the duly appointed Business Rescue Practitioner in the Highveld Syndication Group of Companies.

Connie Myburgh

Independent Non-Executive Director

Connie holds the degrees of BCom (Hons) and LLB, and a H.Dip Tax.

Connie’s legal career started at Hofmeyr Attorneys in 1976, which he left 24 years later as one of the senior partners, to join PSG Investment Bank Holding Group as director in 2000. After the merger of PSG Bank with ABSA Bank, Connie resumed legal practice as a corporate law advisor for his own account. He is currently a director of various companies.

Connie as a senior lawyer with extensive commercial, banking and financial expertise, linked with his legal background, well equips him for his role as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee.
